Thanks!!! I’m starting salsa dancing lessons on Wednesday as a part of my weight-loss effort (I’ve lost 35 already!). The lessons are free at my college. The lessons started last week, though, and I think that I’ll find that this is exactly what I needed to catch up. I love the way that you showed the same steps over and over so many times. That was really helpful.

I love this video …
I love this video but the woman makes me angry! lol! I see how her knees are moving but they never really focus on it. So yeah, I’m steping forward and back, but not nearly as nice as she is (can’t dance a lick by the way so this was really needed!)
